Obstacle course racing is one of the fastest growing sports in US and beyond, largely due to the fact that people find it more fun, challenging, and rewarding than a typical trail run or road race.
The American Obstacle Course, designed according to US army confidence course, including totally 12 elements, and make participants run, climb, and balance their way over, can be used for fierce competition or casual adventure outdoor obstacle course for adults.
